On February 17, 2009 President Obama signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (H.R. 1). This law significantly changed the COBRA laws and for most business owners complicated the process.

To ensure our clients are compliant with the new and existing laws, Taylored Benefits has contracted with Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), a Third-Party Administrator, who provides services for nationally known products and services. Their COBRAToday service handles all aspects of communications, notices, forms, recordkeeping and collection of premiums. Our clients have the benefit of a reduced employer Enrollment Fee and the Participant Administration Fee will be covered by Taylored Benefits.
